BUY RELIANCE INDUSTRIES

Try to accumulate this stock at every fall. The fall happened on 15^th June was totally unexpected. The verdict is provided by the High Court, the probability of RIL approaching the Supreme Court is high. We believe it is early to arrive at the final conclusion based on the High Court’s verdict, as the stance of the various parties linked to the issue still needs to be ascertained. Particularly, the government’s call on the same is important as to what price will the profit petroleum and royalty from the block will be calculated. Also, the verdict could have an impact on the gas allocation policy in place as it is likely to impact the flow of gas to priority sectors going ahead.

I recommend a buy on this stock with a stop loss of 2140 for a price tgt of 2440 in near term

Buy Tech Mahindra

Satyam Computer Services, acquired by Tech Mahindra in April 2009, released key financial data pertaining to Q3 FY09 and January and February 2009. On a consolidated basis, net sales stood at Rs 2,414 crore in Q3 FY09 with EBITDA Margins of 14.7 per cent and net profit of Rs 160 crore. The company had a cash balance of Rs 373 crore at the end of March 2009 and accounts receivable of Rs 1,911 crore

I recommend a buy on this stock with a stop loss of 662 for a tgt of 826 Try not to trade on a intraday basis in this stock because of the high volatility.

Buy Sesa Goa

Sesa Goa:  Iron ore production is expected to increase by 60% (including VSD) to 24 million tons in FY10. We have upgraded FY10 EPS to Rs 20.9 (earlier 19.1) due to consolidation of VSD PAT of Rs 3.4 billion, while there is reduction in other income, 4.2% dilution of equity and reduction in iron ore rupee prices due to change of exchange rate. Though USD realization of iron ore remains at USD 45/ton for Goan ore and USD 55/ton for ore from Karnataka and Orissa mines, the rupee realization has changed due to change of currency assumption to Rs 47.4 (earlier Rs 49.6).

I recommend a buy on this stock with a stop loss of 194 for a tgt of 255 – 280 and 325 This stock can be traded in intraday

This is a pure technical call . One should buy this stock above 46 for a tgt of 49 – 54 and a final tgt of 60 very short term .

Nifty has closed on 4584 on a day to day basis. If it trades above 4520 for the first half an hour then expect a non stop till 4580. I would advice all the traders to go long on nifty only above 4520 with a stoploss of 4460
